Ahhh, this is so good, Jen! Love the bee and farm share box analogies. Pollinator/Dabbler needs to be a thing/term in professional speak (which hopefully becomes just speak). And so many great lines:

"Under immense social pressure, we focus on a single career path; we take medication so we can maintain that focus; and we gag that little voice inside us"
